Pricing

Own Your Academy / 06

What goes into
your academy’s price?

Your price depends on what we need to set up, move and build for you. We start by understanding your business, then give you a proposal that explains the work and costs before you decide.

What are
you paying for?

Moving a few courses is a different job from bringing together group programs, coaching and several business tools. We price the work your academy needs.

01

Setting up
your academy

This covers the work we agree to do before launch: set up your brand and web address, organize programs, move content and records, and check that everything works.

What can be included?

Your setup may include courses, coaching, group programs, forms, bookings, community, events, certificates, public pages and payments. Extra features and connections to other tools can also be considered. Your proposal lists what is included.

You are paying for the work to get your academy ready to use.
02

Ongoing platform
& hosting

These are the ongoing services that keep your academy online and maintained. Your proposal explains the hosting, updates and support included.

03

Optional
future work

You may want new reports, design changes or extra features later. We review each request and agree the work and price separately before starting.

What changes
the price?

Some academies mainly need their branding, courses and settings put in place. Others need extra reports, different ways of handling customers or connections to business tools. We check what you need before pricing it.

What will you pay
after launch?

Your proposal explains the ongoing costs as well as the cost to build the academy. You can review both before committing.

Hosting & storage

Hosting keeps your academy online. BOSYX can provide or arrange it, based on the space and capacity you need. We can review another option if it meets the technical requirements and we agree the terms.

Maintenance & support

Your proposal explains who looks after updates, backups and technical checks, and what help is included. These details are agreed for your academy.

External services

Payment, video and email services may charge their own fees. Those providers set their prices. Your academy proposal does not automatically cover those bills.

Know the cost.

You can review what we will build and what it will cost before saying yes. Your agreement also explains your rights to use the software and any custom work.

A few practical questions

Before
you begin.

Why don’t you publish a fixed price?

We need to know what you are moving, what features you need and whether anything extra must be built. That lets us give you a price for a clear list of work.

Do I pay everything upfront?

Your proposal explains when payments are due. We do not publish one payment schedule for every project.

Is migration included?

We check your current tools first. If moving content and records is part of the project, your proposal lists what we will move and the work included.

Are hosting costs separate?

Your proposal shows how hosting is charged and what it covers, so you can see it alongside the setup costs.

Will I have ongoing costs?

There may be ongoing costs for hosting, maintenance and support, plus services such as video or payment processing. Your proposal explains the costs that apply to your academy.

Can I add things later?

Yes. We can review new features or tool connections after launch and agree the work separately. Custom development is not automatically included in your ongoing fees.

Do I have to use BOSYX hosting?

BOSYX can provide or arrange hosting. If you prefer another service, we need to check that it is suitable and agree the terms before using it.
